The last time we checked in on Uovo Art Storage building at 41-54 22nd Street in early July, the ground floor had just filled in.1 Construction crews have put in the outside facade on roughly half of the building since that time. Uovo is planning on delivering the building sometime later this year.
The 270,000-square-foot facility located at 41-54 22nd Street will be a facility that stores fine art and have strict temperature and humidity controls and a ground floor located 16 feet above sea level. It is projected to deliver in Spring, 2015.2
