Checking in at 22-22 Jackson Avenue

It’s been nearly four months since we checked in on progress at 22-22 Jackson Avenue. We stopped by over the weekend and saw that the building is starting to poke out over the construction fence, with rebar and concrete starting to come in.¹

Now, roughly a month later, the building is beginning to rise, as you can see from the photo below. According to BuzzBuzzHome,² the building will have 118,563 square feet of residential space in 82 units and 5,723 square feet of retail space. Amenities include bike storage, a library, pool, gym, lounge, communal rooftop rec space, enclosed parking and private terraces.
