Outside facade coming in at QLIC at 41-42 24th Street

We checked in on QLIC at 41-42 24th Street last week, and it appears the building has topped out. As you can see from the photos below, it looks like the building now has the full 21 stories.¹ Construction is set to wrap in fall of 2015 and when it does, the building will hold 421 units and 8,707 square feet of commercial space.²
