It’s been a few months since we checked in on construction at The Madison LIC at 42-77 Hunter Street, but the folks over there were kind enough to show us around over the weekend. A couple of interesting tidbits from our tour:
- Construction is likely to finish in November, but definitely will be done before “the end of the year.”
- There is plenty of interest in the ground floor commercial space, but it hasn’t been officially signed yet.
- There haven’t been any new listings since summer, but all six of the apartments that were released are in contract.
Take a look at the photos below, and you’ll see that the units are mostly finished. We also snapped a photo from the roofdeck, and the views are pretty sweet.
