In August, we checked in on 44-80th Street, and found that the building had risen to the third level.1 Construction has moved along steadily since then, because, as you can see from the photos below, crews are starting to build the seventh floor on the projected eight-story building. Crews are likely to top off the building in the next month or so, and we’ll check back in then.

GF55 Partners (also the architects behind nearby condo building The Foundry) designed this eight-story, 105-unit rental development. Construction will start next month and last 15 months. Once finished, building amenities will include a gym, laundry, bike room, parking, and a second floor landscaped courtyard with benches and a trellised area with a BBQ.
