Rockrose is continuing with demolition for its Eagle Loft project at 43-22 Queens Street.1 In the last couple of weeks, construction crews have erected scaffolding on site, as you can see below. Rockrose filed plans with the Department of Buildings back on July 7, and the plans were most recently reviewed (but not yet approved) on Oct. 23.2
The Real Deal reported in 2013 that Rockrose had planned 700 units for the building, though no delivery date was set.3 Anticipated prices for the units will run $1,800 for a studio, $2,600 for a one-bedroom and $3,400 for a two-bedroom.
