We last checked in at 27-45 Jackson Avenue back in July when construction crews were laying the foundation for the building.1 We checked in last week and noticed that the Hunter Street side of the project has begun to rise, with steel beams rising from the basement level to street level. On the Jackson side, progress hasn’t moved as quickly, as you can see in the second photo below.
When all is said and done, the building is projected to be a 22-story building on the existing 20-foot-wide and 200-foot-deep lot.2 The building is expected to deliver in Spring, 2016.
