Things are moving along quickly at ‘Murray Park North’ at 11-35 45th Avenue. In September, construction crews had just finished the first floor of the building.1 About two months later, crews have finished off the fourth floor, and only have two more levels to go.
When all is said and done, the project will deliver a six-story, 39-unit residential building with a projected delivery date sometime in spring of 2016.2
