We stopped by 41-29 24th Street recently to check in on progress at a future 10-story residential building. Set to deliver in fall of 2015, the project has already begun to rise, as seen in the photos below. The project will likely deliver the same time as nearby QLIC.1
According to permits filed with the Department of Buildings, the end product will be 126 units with 94,845 square feet of residential space with a FAR of 6.37.2
