A new restaurant/gastro-pub is slated to come to 23-10 Jackson Avenue.
The owners of Bia67 on South 6th Street in Williamsburg will be taking their talents to Court Square, according to Oren Friedman of DY Realty Services, theĀ broker of record on the deal. Their existing Brooklyn establishment is a Vietnamese bar and restaurant.
The restaurant will take the place of Quiznos, which closed earlier in the year. Friedman told The Court Square Blog on Thursday that the restaurant is scheduled to open sometime this winter.
“It will add some depth to the cuisine of the neighborhood and should make a nice lunch and after work spot for drinks,” Friedman said by email.
