Back in September, The Court Square Blog was the first to report that a Dunkin’ Donuts was coming to 44-80 21st Street.1 The chain coffee and donuts restaurant opened last week, and when we stopped by, it was filled to capacity. It was a quick turnaround for the space, which just started construction in early October.
The space was formerly occupied by Joy Gourmet.

The other half of the old Joy Gourmet is also being built out. Not clear what’s going in.
