It’s only been about a month since we checked in on 44-80th Street,1 but things have been moving along quickly since then. In our October check-in, we saw that the building had just started to build the 7th floor of an 8-floor building. Last week, we saw that construction crews had just finished putting up the concrete on the top floor.

GF55 Partners (also the architects behind nearby condo building The Foundry) designed this eight-story, 105-unit rental development. Construction will start next month and last 15 months. Once finished, building amenities will include a gym, laundry, bike room, parking, and a second floor landscaped courtyard with benches and a trellised area with a BBQ.
