Pipe scaffolding up at 43-22 Queens Street, future home of Rockrose’s Eagle Loft

Demolition work is continuing at 43-22 Queens Street, the future home of Rockrose’s Eagle Loft.1 Crews recently installed pipe scaffolding around the building, as per a permit approved on Oct. 15.2  Rockrose filed plans with the Department of Buildings back on July 7, and the plans were most recently reviewed (but not yet approved) on Nov. 20.3

The Real Deal reported in 2013 that Rockrose had planned 700 units for the building, though no delivery date was set.4 Anticipated prices for the units will run $1,800 for a studio, $2,600 for a one-bedroom and $3,400 for a two-bedroom.
