We stopped by 27-07 43rd Avenue last week and noticed that the building is beginning to rise from the ground.1 As you can see in the photos below, crews have installed rebar, which is near fence level right now. We’re still not sure what to make of the lot since New York YIMBY spotted new permits filed with the Department of Buildings for 27-07 43rd Avenue.2 Originally filed as a nine-story residential build,3 the new permits in September called for 108 hotel rooms and nearly 50,000 square feet commercial space.
