Construction begins at 23-10 Jackson Avenue

Back on November 14, TCSB was the first to report that a new restaurant/gastro-pub was headed to the Court Square area.¹ We stopped by the building last week and noticed that the windows were covered in construction paper, and that crews were actively working inside.

The owners of Bia67 on South 6th Street in Williamsburg will be inhabiting the building and according to Oren Friedman of DY Realty Services, the broker of record on the deal, the eatery will open sometime this winter. “It will add some depth to the cuisine of the neighborhood and should make a nice lunch and after work spot for drinks,” Friedman said by email.
