Back in October,1 we checked in on progress at 22-22 Jackson Avenue and noticed that the building was just beginning to rise, with rebar peaking over the fence. That’s no longer the case, with the building rising quickly. The building has already risen five stories, and is still on target to meet its summer 2015 goal.
According to BuzzBuzzHome,2 the building will have 118,563 square feet of residential space in 82 units and 5,723 square feet of retail space. Amenities include bike storage, a library, pool, gym, lounge, communal rooftop rec space, enclosed parking and private terraces.
