In early December, we broke the story that Fortune Cookie had reopened at 44-69 21st Street, the old home of LIC Pharmacy.1 The article featured metal wiring outside the store, there was no awning signage yet. Well, since then, signage has been hung, and there’s another sign in the front of the store announcing that Fortune Cookie is open for business.
