We last checked in on 42-60 Crescent Street in December, crews were in the process of laying the foundation for the building.1 We stopped by last week and saw that construction has moved into the next phase, with steel beams rising from the ground. The projected delivery date of the building is fall of this year.
According to the DOB permit, when all is said and done, there will be 44,006 square feet of residential space with 2,309 square feet of ground floor commercial space.2 The building will have 40 condominium units with apartments ranging from one to three bedrooms. Amenities will include a children’s center, gym, parking and a roofdeck.3
