We last checked in at 27-45 Jackson Avenue back in November when construction crews when the building had begun to rise.1 Progress seems to be moving on two different tracks on the site. On the 27th Street side, the building has already risen one level, with steal beams coming from the ground. On the Jackson Avenue side, crews appear to be in the foundation stage.
When all is said and done, the building is projected to be a 22-story building on the existing 20-foot-wide and 200-foot-deep lot.2 The building is expected to deliver in Spring, 2016.
