We last checked in on 43-22 Queens Street, the future home of Rockrose’s Eagle Loft, back in November when crews were initially putting up pipe scaffolding on the building.1 Since then, crews have completely surrounded the building with scaffolding, and have installed heavy scaffolding per an amendment dated Dec. 22 in the DOB permits.2Â Rockrose filed plans with the Department of Buildings back on July 7, and the plans were most recently reviewed (but not yet approved) on Dec. 22.3
The Real Deal reported in 2013 that Rockrose had planned 700 units for the building, though no delivery date was set.4 Anticipated prices for the units will run $1,800 for a studio, $2,600 for a one-bedroom and $3,400 for a two-bedroom.
