Queens Brownstoner was the first to report that in April, the building sold for the princely sum of $13,700,000.³ QBS also surmised that while the building is zoned for mixed use, it will likely remain for commercial purposes since the buyer was Kupoint USA Corporation, who is frequently involved in warehouse storage.
