The last time we were by 11-15 47th Road was in December, when the building had topped out.1 When we were walking by last week, we saw that the outside facade is coming in, with windows installed in the entire building. Permits filed with the Department of Buildings show that the building will eventually be a four-story, five-unit apartment build with delivery sometime in spring.2
The project is a completely residential build, with 4,998 square feet of residential space and a FAR of 1.99. It also appears that some of the units will be duplexes.
