The ground floor retail space at 21-03 45th Road is currently under construction. The space used to be a Skyview Cleaners, but according to DOB permits, the space will eventually turn into a restaurant.1 Here is the full language of the permit: “CONVERT EXISTING STORE UG 6 TO RESTAURANT UG 6 AT 1ST FLOOR. INSTALL NEW PLUMB ING FIXTURES. NO CHANGE IN USE, EGRESS, OR OCCUPANCY UNDER THIS APPLICATION”

Those are two separate spaces. The corner has an entrance on 45th and used to be a Philippine grocery store. The dry cleaners entrance is in 21st and does not connect. Is the Building permit for work on both?
