Back in February, we noted that 42-60 Crescent Street was rising quickly, with the building already built up to the third floor.1 Since then, the building has risen up to the eighth floor, and scaffolding is up, which should mean that we’ll see the façade coming in soon.
According to the DOB permit, when all is said and done, there will be 44,006 square feet of residential space with 2,309 square feet of ground floor commercial space.2 The building will have 40 condominium units with apartments ranging from one to three bedrooms. Amenities will include a children’s center, gym, parking and a roofdeck.3
