The last time we last checked in on 42-15 Crescent Street in January, the outside facade in the original building had mostly come in.1 But that is only a piece of the construction.
According to the rendering of the building, there will be an extension placed at the top of the building, and construction crews have only recently started that project. As you can see in the photo, steel beams now extend from the original base on the building, which will round out into that upper region. A fall 2015 delivery seems reasonable at this point.

Meadow Partners purchased the former office and retail building in December 2012 for $19 million, according to property records, and is turning it into a condominium with ground-floor retail. The Avinash K. Malhotra Architects-designed building will be 11 stories with 124 units, according to Andrew Till, the vice president of asset management for Meadow Partners. It is slated for completion early next year.
