Back in March, we noted that 42-60 Crescent Street was moving quickly, with pipe scaffolding surrounding the building.1 Since then, the building has topped out at 10 stories and crews have begun façade work, as seen in the photo below.
According to the DOB permit, when all is said and done, there will be 44,006 square feet of residential space with 2,309 square feet of ground floor commercial space.2 The building will have 40 condominium units with apartments ranging from one to three bedrooms. Amenities will include a children’s center, gym, parking and a roofdeck.3
