Outside facade work has completed at the future home of Uovo Art Storage at 41-54 22nd Street. We last checked in at the site in early December when crews had mostly installed the outside facade.1 That work now is complete. Uovo is planning on delivering the building sometime later this year.
The 270,000-square-foot facility located at 41-54 22nd Street will be a facility that stores fine art and have strict temperature and humidity controls and a ground floor located 16 feet above sea level. It is projected to deliver in Spring, 2015.2
