Signage has appeared at 42-60 Crescent Street, the future home of a 10-story condo building. The last time we checked in, the building had topped out and when we stopped by last week, we saw red brick covering a good portion of the outside facade.1 We also noticed signage has appeared for the building, advertising 1-4 bedroom opportunities starting at $615,000 along with a website: TheFactoryHouse.com.
According to the DOB permit, when all is said and done, there will be 44,006 square feet of residential space with 2,309 square feet of ground floor commercial space.2 The building will have 40 condominium units with apartments ranging from one to three bedrooms. Amenities will include a children’s center, gym, parking and a roofdeck.3
