Demolition is well underway at 11-30 45th Road, future home of a 6-story residential build along Murray Park. The previous one-story tower that stood in its place previously has mostly been gutted, and as you can see in the photo below, construction scaffolding was erected to help facilitate the process.
The permit itself was filed back in 2013 and and it’s worth noting that it last reviewed (and disapproved) by the Department of Buildings on February 18, 2014. If the permits hold true, the building will have six stories and 24 units with 22,488 square feet of residential space.1 New York YIMBY was the first to spot the build permits and they also got their hands on the renderings for the building.2
