We have signage at 47-28 11th Street, which will eventually turn into a mixed-used build of seven stories and 21 units totaling 18,791 of residential space and 216 square feet of commercial space.1 The building had previously topped out in March and is on target for a fall 2015 delivery.2
The signage says prices will start in the $600,000 range and advertises the new website of TheCornerLIC.com (though at the moment, the website hasn’t been configured yet). ModernSpaces is handling the project.
