In early May, construction crews finished demolition on a two-story building that formerly inhabited 27-21 44th Drive.1 Now that the process has finished, crews have moved on to the excavation stage, as seen in the photo below.
The Department of Buildings approved permits on April 15, which calls for a 26-story residential tower with 104,354 square feet of residential space and 6,095 square feet of commercial space.2 The building will have 115 units with a FAR of 7.8.
