Do you like eating fish? In this workshop, you’ll learn how to properly select fish at a fish market.
If you like fishing, you’ll learn how to clean and cut a fish to maximize its tastiness!
If you like cooking fish, you’ll learn how to make authentic Japanese shabu shabu (hot pot).
On Sunday, July 19th at 10am, Mitsuru Kita will teach students all about fish, from selecting a fish at the market to how to prepare it! You’ll learn how to properly clean and de-bone a fish, how to fillet, and two different recipes you can try with your newly learned techniques!
