See.Me, an art gallery located at 26-19 Jackson Avenue, has closed.
The space had started as Artists Wanted in 2007 and closed in August. The Court Square Blog confirmed the closure with Rockrose. 26-19 Jackson Avenue is part of a row of retail spaces that Rockrose owns, including 26-25, 26-21, 26-09 and 26-11 Jackson Avenue.
A permit was filed by Rockrose in May with the Department of Buildings to insulate the roof of the building in relation to construction taking place at 43-25 Hunter Street.1 A second permit was filed in August to remove “EXISTING BOILER AND ALL ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT AND PIPING.”
No replacement tenant has been confirmed yet.
