We stopped by 11-30 45th Road last week, and it appears construction is about to begin on the site, with construction equipment inside the site as seen in the photo below. The last time we were on site was in July, when demolition had just wrapped up and permits were still in the air.1
But when we took a look at the Department of Buildings website recently, we saw that permits had been approved for the site on July 13 for a six floor building with 24 units and 22,326 square feet of residential space (FAR – 2.98).2
