The last time we stopped by at 44-26 Purves Street in late June, construction crews had just started doing foundation work on the site.1 When we stopped by last week, we noticed that the building has begun to rise past the construction fence, with pipe scaffolding and rebar in place. The second floor is now mostly complete with parts of the third floor being worked on. Delivery is expected in October, 2017.

FXFowle is attached as the architect of record, and the building will span 207,053 square feet, split between a 517 square foot commercial component, and 270 apartments. At a total height of 374 feet, ceilings will also be surprisingly generous compared to most new construction in the neighborhood.
