We last stopped by 41-02 27th Street (a/k/a 25-18 41st Avenue) back in October, when foundation work had just started.1 Fast forward to the middle of November, and foundation work has wrapped up, and the building is starting to rise. We spotted rebar sprouting from the ground, as seen in the two photos below.
An on-site rendering calls for a summer 2015 delivery, which obviously isn’t going to happen. According to permits, first spotted by Queens Brownstoner, the build calls for nine stories, 32 apartment units, with 20,914 square feet of residential space and 4,073 square feet of commercial space, for 24,987 square feet total.2
