Demolition is complete at 42-50 27th Street. The project took longer to complete than normal due to a Stop Work order issued earlier in the year, but that was rescinded over the summer, allowing the latest phase of this project to finish.1
Work will likely begin soon on a nine-story residential building with a FAR of 4.97 will be built with 32 residential units.2
