We last checked in on 27-07 43rd Avenue, the future home of a Hyatt Hotel, back in August, when crews had just begun installing a sidewalk shed.1 Work has been moving steadily since then, and when we stopped by earlier in the week, we noticed that the building has risen above the construction fence, as seen in the photo below.
When all is said and done, the building will turn into a 9-story Hyatt Hotel with 108 hotel rooms and nearly 50,000 square feet commercial space.2 According to the rendering, construction will wrap sometime in spring, 2016.
