Signage popped up at 26-20 Jackson Avenue last week in its retail space. The spot was originally reported to have been claimed by Michelin Star restaurateur Danny Brown, but according to a report in September, that deal fell through.1
Modern Spaces is handling the project, and is asking for $12,500 per month on the 2,000 square foot space.2
