Signage has appeared at 44-72 (a/k/a 44-80) Street, advertising luxury rentals. Customers are directed to visit 4472eleventhst.com, which will eventually have studio to 3BR availability. Back in July, construction crews took down scaffolding, doing a reveal of the building.1 Signage calls for a fall delivery, but it looks at this stage that the building will deliver sometime in the first quarter, 2016.

GF55 Partners (also the architects behind nearby condo building The Foundry) designed this eight-story, 105-unit rental development. Construction will start next month and last 15 months. Once finished, building amenities will include a gym, laundry, bike room, parking, and a second floor landscaped courtyard with benches and a trellised area with a BBQ.
