When we last stopped by 27-45 Jackson Avenue in October, the future home of Aloft Hotel had just topped out.1 Construction crews have now moved on to the next stage, which is putting in the outside facade. Recently, crews erected scaffolding on the building, as seen in the photo below.
When all is said and done, the building is projected to be a 22-story building on the existing 20-foot-wide and 200-foot-deep lot.2 The building is expected to deliver in Spring, 2016.
