27-28 Thompson Ave., also known as Arris Lofts, had a big sale recently, with apartment 700 going for a cool $3 million price tag, according to Real Estate Agency MillRE.1 The sale price is the highest in Court Square for 2015.
The apartment is $2,339 square feet, with $2,339 a month in common charges and $62 per month in real estate taxes, and is now being listed for $8,500 a month according to Street Easy.2
“It has 16 foot ceilings, was originally a three bedroom, and has 2,339 interior square feet and over 2,700 exterior square feet,” said MillRE broker Lauren Bennett in an email to The Court Square Blog. “The kitchen was completely gutted and done over with Miele and custom stainless steel countertops.”
