A restaurant/lounge appears to be coming to 24-03 41st Avenue. We walked by the site last week and saw plywood up on the site, as seen in the photo below. According to the DOB permit, which was approved in July, 2014, there will be a “NEW EATING AND DRINKING ESTABLISHMENT IN EXISTING STORE.”1 The name on the permit comes back to “BACHATA ROSA LOUNGE & RESTAURANT.”
