We last checked in at 41-07 Crescent Street when construction crews took down scaffolding to do a reveal on the building.1 When we walked by last week, we saw that construction has mostly finished, and signage has been posted advertising the building. Modern Space has the contract, and “The Baker House” will have studio through 2BRs. Here’s a part of the description from the Modern Spaces website:2
