In late 2015, demolition finished up at 42-50 27th Street, the former home of an auto repair shop.1 When we stopped by the project last week, we noticed that a rendering for the project appeared on site, as seen in the photo below.
Permits were approved for a nine-story residential building with a FAR of 4.97 will be built with 32 residential units.2
