A residential build at 41-22 24th Street is rising quickly. Permits were approved for a 12-story, 87-unit residential build back in February, which was first spotted by New York YIMBY.1
Since then, excavation and foundation work has completed on site, and the building has risen six stories, as seen in the photo below. When all is said and done, there will be 87 units for 66,256 square feet and a FAR of 4.98.2
