We last stopped by 41-29 24th Street in November, 2014, when foundation work had just completed and rebar was sprouting from the site.1 When we stopped by recently, he saw that the building has risen two floors, as seen in the photo below.
According to permits filed with the Department of Buildings, the end product will be 11 floors, 126 units with 94,845 square feet of residential space with a FAR of 6.37.2
