The first round of apartments for The Dutch at 25-19 43rd Avenue came to market in early December.1 The original six apartments ranged from 498 square foot studios to 1,046 square foot 2BD/2BA condos.2
Over the weekend, two more apartments were released to the market: A 498 square foot studio listed at $555,000 and a 473 square foot studio listed at $585,000 ($1,236 per square foot).
The build permit calls for 68,145 square feet of residential space, with will span nine floors and 86 units.3 The zoning is for a FAR of 5.00. Construction has been moving steadily, and now the structure is rising over the fence, as seen in the photo below.
