We last checked in on Rockrose’s 43-25 Hunter Street project in September, and noted that the first phase of construction had topped out at 14 floors, and the main portion of the building had risen over the construction fence.1 We stopped by again earlier in the week and saw that construction on the main project is now over 25 stories, halfway to topping out, as seen in the photos below.
According to permits, the 50-story building will have 767,305 square feet of residential space and 18,800 square feet of retail space.2 The renderings on site call for a summer 2017 delivery on the building.
