The last time we checked in at 42-14 Crescent Street was in December, when the building had just started to rise above the construction fence.1 When we stopped by the site last week, we saw that construction has been moving along quickly, with the 13-story building nearly topped out, as seen in the photo below.
According to permits, a mixed-use build is coming with 39,133 square feet of residential space (a FAR of 7.98) and 746 square feet of commercial space.2
